Alcohol and Drug Evaluations

Alcohol and drug evaluations, sometimes referred to as a substance abuse evaluation is for individuals who may be required to by probation, a diversion program, and/or an attorney an evaluation due to substance related charges. Alcohol and Drug Evaluations are designed to identify substance use issues and recommend appropriate treatment or interventions when needed.
 
Evaluations are required in situations, which include:
  • Court-mandated evaluations (due to DUI/DWI, possession, or other substance-related offenses)
  • Family Law (i.e. Divorce and child custody disputes, allegations of substance use impacting parenting, visitation and parenting time modifications)
  • Probation or parole conditions
