Rates and Insurance

At Start Again Counseling, we strive to provide accessible and affordable services tailored to meet your needs. Below are our current rates for various services:

Individual Substance Use Counseling Session (ASAM Level 1): $135 per 60-minute session

Drug and Alcohol Psychoeducation Class (ASAM Level 0.5): $40 per class

Family/Child Custody Alcohol and Drug Evaluations $300

Probation/Diversion Alcohol and Drug Evaluations (Substance Abuse Evaluation): $150 per evaluation for expedited evaluations within same day, additional $50

SAP Evaluation: 450.00, $225 down is required to start services. Includes: initial evaluation, case management, and follow-up evaluation.

Five Panel Oral Drug Test: $25.00

Drug and Alcohol Workbook: $30.00

Probation/Diversion Anger Management Evaluation: $200 for expedited evaluations within same day, additional $50.00

Anger Management Classes: $45 per session per class; Program length is 6-12 weeks or 4-12 months

Anger Management Workbook: $30.00

Insurance

Start Again Counseling accepts the following insurance providers. Please contact your insurance
company to verify your coverage for counseling services.

Aetna
Cigna
Evernorth
Magellan

Insurance Verification

To streamline the process, please have the following information available when you contact us or your
insurance company:

Insurance provider name
Policyholder’s name and date of birth
Policy number and group number (if applicable)
Type of coverage (in-network or out-of-network)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for missed appointments without prior notification.
