Lakieshia specializes in court-approved evaluations, counseling, and classes for individuals facing challenges with substance use and anger management. She is a state-approved DUI Clinical Evaluator and a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for employees who have violated DOT regulations. Her approach is based on understanding the “whole person” and utilizing evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

Beyond her private practice, Lakieshia is a dynamic and sought-after keynote speaker, guest lecturer, and corporate trainer. She is passionate about sharing her expertise to promote mental wellness and preventative education in the community. She has delivered impactful presentations on topics ranging from workforce re-entry to conflict resolution.
What you will expect: a) For addiction counseling services, we will explore your drug and alcohol use. b) For individuals needing court-ordered DUI Evaluations, court drug and alcohol and/or anger management evaluations, will be completed accurately and timely. c) For individuals who need a SAP evaluation to return to duty, will receive evaluations and treatment recommendations to return to duty.

- International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC): This certification, earned in 2015, signifies that Lakieshia meets rigorous global standards for competence in the substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery profession. I am court-approved to provide drug and alcohol evaluation, anger management evaluation, Theft and Shoplifting Prevention classes, and Georgia Georgia-approved DUI Clinical Evaluator. I also provide SAP Evaluations for the DOT SAP program.
